Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
If anything, this has gotten me to go through my server and examine just what I've been keeping on there. I've managed to delete close to 300 gigs of stuff that I had used but have no intention of touching again. Amazing when you have several TB's of storage available how easy it is to get lazy...
Created a super locked down IT policy for our Blackberries and accidentally enabled Force Smart Card Two Factor Authentication. Everything was fine until the server got restarted later in the day from updates and it pushed out the new policy to the handhelds. Ended up having to manually wipe...
When Verizon hooked up my FiOS they used coax. After they left, I ran an ethernet line from the ONT to my router and called them up and had them activate the ethernet port on the ONT. Problem solved. :)

Currently have cable. However, last week had a notice on the door that FiOS was coming soon. They've been marking the road/grass up in the neighborhood for the utilities for the construction crews. :D
Have a look through this review by SNB and compare his settings/performance results to your router, maybe it's a config issue.

I had a DIR-655 and foolishly upgraded to the 1.32NA firmware. It was fine at first, then the internet got real laggy, and I'd have to power cycle it all the time. Ended up returning it and got an Airport Extreme. After a week it started making a sizzling sound. Tried the WNDR3700 and didn't get...
