Fair enough. And I am willing to accept your words and your advice. As much as I'm willing to do this is as much as I also demand for others to step up to the plate. Perhaps this is why I got so bent out of shape. Please understand, I don't hate Corsair...don't plan on another case...etc etc...
Your right...buying a new product can be a risky thing. Being an early adopter is not always the best course. But really....are our expectations so low that we don't expect working fans? Now it's my fault for buying on day one? Corsair isn't going above and beyond what other companies would do...
Okay man I understand your point....BUT...this is my first build. So I'm already needing a baby sitter! And while I don't expect Corsair to be the one to hold my hand...I do expect to get the advertised product. A case, as described, complete with fan controllers and fans....all working...
I appreciate the fact that Corsair wants to take care of it's customers. With that said I also think it's a bit of a slap in the face that they are taking so long to provide the kit to fix the buzz problem. If they are already shipping 650D cases that do not have the problem then why can't they...
