    Those scores are pretty much the same as mine. Single core cinebench has the core it's running on boostin between 4.35ghz and 4.55ghz which is as expected. What are you using to monitor boost clocks?

    Go for Threadripper 3960X - drop the ram spec to 3600C16 (no point going higher due to FSB:IF 1:1 lock breaking), I've just bought 64gb (4x16gb) gSkill Neo for 320 gbp. Asus Strix TRX40-E is a solid board as well, should save a bit of money.

    Ditto on my Auros 7 - chaning the value from default to 200, 500 or 1000 has no effect.
