    I can do that just fine, it just feel's wrong to have that much stutter when moving windows around. If it's a nvidia driver issue, have you seen the problem "go away" with certain drivers?

    Have you tried setting the voltage to fixed and upping it to something like 1.3v? I couldn't get past 4.4GHz without increasing the voltage.
