Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
The previous card was an 8 series Nvidia card, it had the latest driver for 8 series through 6xx series. So I don't know if it can be a driver issue.
And yeah, when both the PCIe power connectors are connected to the vid card, nothing turns on, as if the computer was unplugged. If I unplug the...
Basically replaced a half dead vid card with a new 660 ti. I also put in a new power supply, a TX650v2, b/c of it's bigger wattage and the fact that it has 2 6v rails needed for this beefier card.

So right now it shows Taipei as being 9:31:26 PM on 10/18/2010 (China Standard Time).
Does that mean in 12 hours their time they will have the presentation? Or are you talking about your time?
Maybe I am getting something confused, but don't partners usually offer custom cooling and overclocked models? Or is it that it doesn't happen immediately?
Regarding that performance chart:
Where would the 5870 go? It looks to me like the bottom performance of the 5870 touches the 1/3 top of Barts and the top part surpasses the bottom 1/2 of the 470/480?
Like this:
(I'm being liberal with the stretch methinks)
*shrugs*
If this is the case...
Actually, they still might slash prices on the gtx460 depending on how well the 6850 performs (Translated article above shows it performing under the 5850).
Personally, I'm waiting for something to replace my aging 8800GT, so the next couple of months should be interesting for me.
