I actually had the same thing happen to me. I sent the board back to Amazon, and am waiting for them to receive and issue me a refund. Will probably buy the same board from Newegg (Amazon is out.) since this seems like a one in a thousand issue. http://i56.tinypic.com/655uah.jpg...
