I am using the 66.93 drivers, just double checked. I set aside my old PSU when I upgraded, even though all the voltages were close to nominal when I checked them out under no load. Right now, the airflow in my case is very far from what it could be... without overclocking, and not running any...
So my old computer caught on fire... don't ask how. I wasn't overclocking or anything.
