Go for the latest gen iPad Pro 9.7. It'll fare through the software updates much better. Pencil support is a great plus.

It's a Humanscale M7 Dual Monitor Arm. I wouldn't recommend it though, especially when better options like the Ergotron LX Dual Side by Side Arm are available for a slightly higher price. I purchased my stand used for around 65 shipped on eBay. I've seen the Ergotron LX sell for ~180.

Here's my setup from a couple months ago. It's a bit different today. Replaced the $40 dollar speakers with the Audioengine A2's. Fixed up the right side of the table (sanded). I haven't taken any steps to stain/coat the butcher block 'countertop' but I'm open to ideas.
