piracy has not been a problem? lol it has been going on HARD until recently with the latest DRM/protection found in fifa15, lords of fallen, and dragon age game. uncracked for 2 months now. Usually games are cracked on launch day or even before.

I do not think its possible to get 4ghz on the E5645. Lets say I get 3.5GHz, what will be better the E5640@3.5ghz or the 950@4ghz?

I am a little confused on this line. "and for BF4 it will be much better than your 950 even at the same 4ghz" are you trying to say that BF4 will run better on the e5645 than on a 950@4ghz, or if the e5645 is at 4ghz, which is obvious. Thanks :)

i actually tried the seiki mod firmware image posted here and the audio problem was resolved. Although I still can only do 119hz, which is fine.

I currently run the 950@4ghz, but i got my hands on a e5645 for free and assuming I can hit the average overclock of 3.5ghz(might get more), which would be better? Better for games? Most new titles take advantage of multiple cores. Example BF4. Thanks p.s. also if my e5645 only hits lets say...
