Well good news:O! (Makes me feel safer, at least.) Fedex showed up with a return label today and gave me a receipt number to pick up the monitor. Not sure what happened with this whole thing maybe the claim was denied and they decided to just schedule a pick up instead. Welp, no point in thread... -

It was purchased from an "Authorized Acer Refurbished Reseller" (supposedly?) The Acer Refurbishment comment was because if it is "refurbished by Acer" and he did nothing to the box outside resell it; then it is their fault it became damage due to being packed poorly or who knows what. Here... -
