    I am very much still a noob, please keep that in mind... I switched out my CPU's to do the same test... To see if the BIOS would support them. It did not. I removed the BIOS chip, plopped in the new one.. Wallah... Fired right up... Did not have to re-switch out the CPU(s) to get the job done...
