For 64-bit I'd get the Shuttle SN95G5 if you were wanting a Socket 939, or else the SN85 for socket 754 (more reasonably priced), I suppose it depends on how much you're wanting to spend.

The Microsoft Technet web site gave me this when I searched for the error you gave. It looks like a driver conflict somewhere? Does the system still do the same if you don't install SP2?
