Can this Intel® Desktop Board DQ965GF motherboard overclock ?

sorry about this I posted the wrong motherboard. the one i am useing now is the Intel® Desktop Board DQ965GF motherboard.

I just move my hardrive to Intel® Desktop Board DQ965GF and I did not need to reinstall Windows xp, however I had to reactivate Windows because of some hardware changes. Eventualy I will reformat the hard drive and reinstall Windows.

I never had this trouble with my order motherboard when i updated bios. Why did it happen new one. I was very upset. good thing my motherboard wasnt $250 that what i payed for CPU. I could buy another motherboard if i cant get working again. I also like to know does if it could ruin the CPU?
