What will perform better in the v2, Noctua l9i with fan duct or Cooltek lp53 with 2.5w a9x14 with fan duct? And how many degrees?

I think this is from the Front USB? What is the best fin orientation for the L9i with fan duct and Case fan above the mainboard and drive cage? Would it be better with or without IO shield?
