    LOL, I really don't get all the hate addressed towards the U2713HM. I'm really happy with my display, I must have won a dell quality lottery, but it's also hard to believe that the quality differs so much on same models of this dispaly..

    Yeah, I meant computer store - english is not my native language :) By testing in computer shop he can save much time and trouble returning a display he won't like ;)

    Don't buy your monitor online. Buy it from a stationary shop, and test the very model you are interested in, before buying. Ask shop owners to connect it to a pc and turn it on, then look for bad pixels, blb, etc ;)

    It seems that I won the lottery on my U2713HM, I've got nothing bad to say about it. (Minimal BLB which is visible only when testing for it ;) ) One advice that I can give you is to order it to a stationary shop and test it before you buy it. EDIT: I've got REV 00 from Jan 2013

    That yellow glow Richie is unnoticable when using this monitor. The colors and the sharpness are really good.
