    And success, made a D: drive from unpartitioned space on my hard drive and then ran the ccc-graphics-full-existing.msi and it seems to work fine.

    nope it didn't work. I do see the installer erroring out in the Application Event Log "Product: Catalyst Control Center Graphics Full Existing -- Error 1327.Invalid Drive: D:\" I don't have a drive D: my Optical drives start at E:
