Looks good. I just don't understand why you're getting an SLI mobo (a very good one at that), and an ATI card. Go for a 6800GT :D

I imagine not, and it depends on how much other stuff you have running. I would go on the safe side and buy something stronger, to not risk frying your rig.

I vote Very Good. Even though it's a wonderful card, for the price difference between them, it's not that big of a jump from the 6800GT/Ultra.
