Never ordering from there again. See the other thread for my experience:

Ragnerok: It's fine to queue customers after processing...
I knew canceling was probably what they wanted me to do, but it wasn't worth my time, $40, and the aggravation to stick it out several weeks just to win some kind of moral battle. It was worth the $40 to get my stuff now, and not have to deal with them ever again.
The funny thing is, they only...
Don't bother defending NCIX. They handled this launch absolutely terribly. I had an experience similar to the OP's (worse in ways). I posted it on resellerratings, but it's not up yet:

Long story short, they didn't even try to process my order until...
I gave up on NCIXUS. They told me that when they finally DO process me, that I'd be put at the END of the queue (remember, this is for an order I placed 9:45am Monday morning). I sent another polite but unhappy reply, and didn't hear anything back for another 2 or 3 hours, and in the meantime...
It's looking like my story might be very different from yours. I'm waiting to hear the final word from them before I start my hate campaign against them though. I hope they'll do the right thing.
Newegg has the EVGA KO in stock.
I'm still trying to ride this out with NCIXUS for now, but it's getting frustrating. I put my order in at 9:45am PST on Monday for the $239 EVGA SC, along with an E6750 and 2x2GB of 4-4-4-12 DDR2-800. I never got any back-order notice or shipping notice, so...
FYI I ordered the same card from the same site for $239 at 9:45am PST Monday. I didn't hear anything until I called them this morning and they told me it's back-ordered and that they might get some more in on Friday. They claim they ship first-come first-served, and I bet there's a lot of...
I just talked to the guy. He says I'm back-ordered  He says they might get a new shipment Friday. He says that their policy is to ship them first-come first-served and he doesn't know why people who ordered cards Monday afternoon are getting theirs ahead of me.
My credit info is valid and correct processes right away. I used it the same day to order other parts for my build from newegg, mwave, and amazon. Maybe NCIXUS keeps a different inventory / processing system than NCIX. Or maybe I fell through the cracks accidentally. Or maybe they're being...
Is ncix the same as ncixus? If so, this is pretty shady. If they're skipping people who ordered in the morning at $239 (like me) to ship cards to people who ordered much later at $259 or more (like you), I'll be pissed.
Hm. I opted out of the mailing list thing when I registered, I think. Haven't gotten any spam from them yet. I'm willing to wait a few days to get the card at that price, because I'm waiting on other vendors for my other parts anyway (it's a new build). Speaking of that, I ordered a Shuttle...
For people who ordered from ncixus and either got a backorder email or a shipping number, please include what time you ordered. I ordered at 9:45am PST Monday (and have a E6750 and 2x2GB of 4-4-4-12 DDR2 800 in the same order) and I still haven't heard anything either way.
Thanks for the advice, guys. I don't really care for the looks of the SG03 - something shaped more like the SG01 or this Shuttle would fit better. I don't plan to buy a GTX either; more likely a 8800GT, actually. All things being equal, I'd prefer to have to the option of using a huge card...
