Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
The Dirt games are good for the gamepad. Any 3rd person type of game lends itself well, Batman, Saints Row, Sleeping Dogs, SW Force Unleashed (for the kids of course).
I try to use in it BF3 for the jets, but often forget and suck at flying anyway...
The u2713hm is great for my current mix of productivity and bf3. I've been using ips/pva for so long, I tried a Samsung 350 series 27" and it was just garbage. I would love to see a 120Hz setup but we have nowhere in charlotte to see anything like that afaik.
My 7 yer old got one for Christmas and I've played with it a good bit since. Seems like the ps+ really makes owning it awesome but I not know if I would recommend for 200+. Seems to have good hw and if you can deal with the catalog you should definitely buy.
Netflix allows concurrent streaming. So Vita,Ds3, and our boxee can all stream horrible kids stuff simultaneous.
Amazon will not work on roku sometimes even when the pc I was watching is suspended.
Are there any pros to adding a 5850 in this scenario? Less power/heat without much performance penalty?
Looks like 5870's are going for $200 on the 'bay. 5850's are around 150.
So many threads like this, I don't want to start a new one if this is so close to my question. Anyway, if it's ignored I will just start one!
Got a 5870 now running 3 1920x1080 monitors in portrait. Playing BF3 @ 2700x1600 with most details to medium and pulling 30-40fps.
