Considering that amd 6850 matches gtx 460 and amd 6870 catches gtx 470 in many games especially at high resolutions, I would expect that even if they were retaining the barts architecture, the performance of amd 6950 should match or come close to gtx 480 and amd 6970 should match or come close...
