OK, so I set the HT to 800mhz, cpu multi to 5x and ram at 166. for some reason my computer will not boot windows if ram is set at 133MHZ. With the above setup I can increase the fsb upto 242 from clockgen at around 243 Prime errors out or the computer reboots.

Venice 3000 + xp 90 HSF
512*2 Corsaid value select ram (Probably not the best ram for overclocking)
