    Not true. You just have to pick up the right drive. Some drives still enables tler and some don't.

    guys, if u have wd 1tb black drives with the dcm thingy ending in '2ab' or '2cb" then u can enable tler on them. The manufactuerer date does not matter.

    Raid Controller for SSD

    Not sure if 3ware cards support ssd or not but it's the only raid card I would consider. With the 3ware 9690SA, cable management is a lot nicer. I have the Corsair 800D case and with 1 cable going into the sata backplane it looks a lot nicer.
