at the time i didnt have any 92mm filters and dont need the back fans since i dont have airflow in that direction. a few days after i built it i ordered fans to replace the stock 120's and mesh filters. there are filters covering them now

Hey guys, I finally got a new case upgrading from my aspire/apevia x-navigator to the Silverstone tj07, I wanted to post up a build log of sort to show that the tj07 can achieve great temps on air.
I am simpily amazed at this case, the quality is amazing, there is no comparison. I'll never...
yes but your temps may be a lil higher, supposedly its not the greatest case for air cooling but i'll be getting one next week anyways. it may just be the vid card(s) that run warmer. i'll post a log of the build and results
you missed the point of my post, i'm using 1 80mm case fan and got the same temps as they did using 3+ 120mm fans. that guys dosent want more fans, he needs more fans since theres a hot spot. i dont need more than 1 fan and when i take my side panel off my temps dont change because i have good...
you dont need a lot of fans for a computer to run cool, i have 1 80mm case fan as exhaust and 2 fans on my heatsink and the one on my vid card and thats it and you can see my temps in the screenshot (took that today for another forum/reason). under orthos load my core 2 is 33C and core 1 is 39C...
i dont have one but i think the 1200 is worth the extra $ for the extra room. if your willing to mod it yourself you could cut a hole in the top panel above the vid card, that would keep the window clean and still offer cooling for the vid card and rest of the system since heat rises.
i have an apevia x navigator that i've been using for about 2 yrs and the cooling is pretty good but i cant stand the plastic, its everywhere and ALL of it has broken in one way or another. i'd rather move into a mid tower lian li or silverstone. the x navigator is taller than a mid tower but...
jen84fl, how are you temps? looks good
to anyone with a tj07, i'm thinking of gettin one but will be using air cooling and have heard that its not a great case for air so what are your temps?
back in the begining of september i upgraded my 939 system to an = spec am2 system for $340ish. due to limited money and the reason for my upgrade (unable to install an os) i stayed with the same clock cpu (4200 = 2.2) and for the board had a slight down grade (a8n32 sli deluxe to m2n sli...
with my x2 4200 and thermalright ultima 90, i'm running push pull and i did a lil experimenting when i set it up and found maybe 1C difference at idle and 2-4C difference at load but the big thing was how much faster it cooled off after load. i dont know if/ how much it would matter about the...
