cordless dremels suck....really. they arent good for cutting through aluminum. get a dremel 300 series or 400xpr or pxr cant remember which it is. a few reinforced cutting discs is also recommended. if you can afford it a diamond cutting disc would be good

get a tuniq sanctum hdd cooler/silencer. your life will be much quieter. honestly though, i cant hear anything from my hdd anymore.
