    I have a non-OC version Sapphire 7950 OCed to 1100/1575 with afterburner but cannot disable ULPS. Have 12.3 i might go back to 12.2 but I already have it OCed soo much and it runs actually pretty cool with this 3000rpm 120mm side fan being controlled via speed fan to give the card all it needs...
