Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
AMD has already spun off the old ATI parts to form Radeon Technology Group. IMO, this is in preperation for the inevitable ... a sale of the graphics division to someone (Samsung or Microsoft).
If you ask me, it was stupid for AMD to buy ATI in the first place and try to fight a "two front...
Do what I do, I don't talk to or know anyone in Russia, China, Korea, any country in Africa, or South America ... so I block ALL traffic originating from them. It's not perfect, but it does cut down a lot.

AMD had better make sure they get permission from Asetek for their cooling system, Cooler Master is already in hot water for them violating the patent, and AMD may feel the wrath on the Fury X soon enough.
I know it's not new, but apparently it is new to some people that those states would actually use as much energy as a country when they are as large or larger than a country.
I'm just saying.
VIA still has a license. Odds are if AMD goes belly up, VIA could start to give Intel a run for their money sooner than later.
As far as embedded x86, DM&P and ZF Micro could also take up the slack.
And then there is IBM, who has been working very closely with nVidia on NVLink with their Power...
Nope, never.
I'd rather pay $150 less and get a GTX 980 and use the money and get a different case, or pay the same money and get a GTX 980Ti and instead of spending $120 for a case that only a Nano can go in, spend $20 less and get a case that can hold the 980Ti.
If I really need a computer...
Who cares? By the time that there will be more than 3 ACTUAL DirectX 12 games out (not just a benchmark for a pre-beta beta), Pascal will be out, and this garbage will be over ... not to mention Oxide and nVidia will have worked out their Async/Driver issue.
