I just used a pair of pruning shears my wife had. They make a clean cut as long as they are sharp. See the link below linked to home depot.

Most hardware shops will have those, if they don't have normal hose cutters.
I think strong opinions are more likely what is responsible, but I can understand how you feel. However, I hardly think a waterblock would turn you into a bad person if you weren't already one.
It sounds to me like he had a fully functional install working before he installed the water cooling kit. Not sure why they are trying to give you advice about RAID drivers for a clean install.
Did you try to reseat your video card in it's slot and check it's power connection by chance? I...
A lot of that would depend on the type of tubing you have, what type of barbs, the type of pump, and of course what type of fluids you run. I have been an avid aquariast for many many years, and most of my setups for them using tygon and rubber band clamps. I've only had one fiasco with those...
If I were you, I'd get a couple extra feet of tubing than you think you will use. Same with clamps.
I went with the Res instead of the fillport, only thing I think would be worth mentioning, is that to fill the resevoir you either need to leave the bay above it empty, or you need to allow...
Well got my parts in, and installed everything. Right now as you can see from the pics it's all put together and being leak tested. It's not the slickest setup in the world but I was pretty darn proud for my first foray into water cooling. I have to say I didn't realize how damned loud all my...
For my aquarium pump tubing if it gets too bad, I'll disconnect everyting and coil the tygon in a bucket with bleach/water in it for a half hour. Followed by flushing the sytem with hot water, then follow it with a soak in aquarium water. The tygon will handle it no problem.
I would not...
I somehow doubt they would send me the ramsinks and pump fittings seperately and not send me a seperate tracking number, but you never know. Until I get a response from them it's all speculation.
Anyone ever use the MCT 40 fluid? Can you dilute it with distiled water if needed?
Me too just starring at all the parts this weekend was driving me crazy. lol
I've been going over all the different ways of routing the tubes as well as placement of rads/res so it's been good. You know the whole measure twice cut once thing. I'm guessing that if I did have all the parts I...
Wow that sucks, I was in high hopes it was just a mistake due to the high volume christmas season! Oh well, I've ordered from a lot of places and had similar mistakes happen, I'm just hoping they make it right as quick as possible. :D
Well after being surprised last night with a delivery of all my parts for my water cooling rig, go fedex! I opened it and checked everything and I found that I am missing the ramsinks for the vid card memory and also fittings for the pump. I can't begin to tell you how bummed I am, I was...
