Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Check your manual for the tv and what resolutions are supported on the hdmi inputs. Those would be the resolutions you can choose. I do this using my projector with no issues. Also, when you hook the tv to the pc, catalyst should show the supported resolutions and refresh rates.
Coming from an Asus P5K-E and now I have a Gigabyte UD5. I never had any sound issues with my old board at all. Now I have an i2500 with the UD5 and get all sorts of noise through the analog audio outputs using the onboard sound going straight to an amplifier.
Is anyone having issues with...
Kyle,
Without a doubt the best video review I have seen on [H] !! I would love to build a custom theater setup using 3 projectors. No bezel issues and HUGE screens!!
Thanks

Windows Vista and 7 have a built in room correction feature that works well. Only drawback really is you need to use onboard sound. For example, you can't use a X-Fi if you wanted because Creative doesn't allow windows to access the card for these features to work. Give it a shot it does work.

Here are mine short stroked to 250GB. Waaaaaay faster than my Gen1 74GB Raptors. Seek time are about 3ms slower though.
Vista64, ICH9R.....
Thanks for all the replies. I have been using RAID0 with 2 74GB Raptors for years now. I'm just now learning about short stroking HD's though. I jumped the gun asking about 160GB drives then realized WD made a single platter 320GB. I always backup my system and this 4 x 320GB Raid0 is mostly...
I would like to try short stroking 4 drives in RAID0 for my OS. What drives would you suggest? I was thinking of 160GB WD's which would give me 64GB 10% short stroked for my OS and a few games. The drives are only about $40 each. What do you think? I"m open to suggestions.
Thanks
Bryan
