My question wasn't worded correctly. I have Adobe Flash and I am going to be creating web interactions with it. Could that be considered 3D intensive?

Do you think I would still be able to do stuff in FLASH with that card?

I like that the MSI has an HDMI but, I have a hard time with the fact that it only costs $20. Can it really be a quality piece for that little money?
