My vote would be for an enthusiast grade mobo. They have always had very respectable cases, drives, memory, psu's, etc at a very accommodating price. A monitor would be nice, but I'm not sure I would choose that over the Samsungs of the world.
This used to be the case, but now HotS is a standalone game; you no longer need WoL to play HotS.

No such thing as a Catepillar Bobcat...Bobcat is a manufacturer. Skid steer is the correct terminology. Also foam-filled and/or full rubber tires with relief holes != automotive grade tires rated for 100 mph.
I had a very similar issue playing Batman AC (and only that title). Although the on screen battery indicator showed full, after putting a fresh set in the controller, it stopped turning off when playing. Definitely worth a try.
My first ASUS motherboard was for my i7 1366 build back in April of 2009. The CPU has been OCed to 3.9GHz since day 1 and the mobo continues to stay rock stable for nearly 6 years of hard use. Having helped build and choose parts for my nephews build, it was a no brainer that I chose for him an...

Do it right, use 90+% alcohol. Ride your bikes, walk, take the bus, call a friend or wait it out. Being impatient will only result in a catastrophe. Ask a neighbor or a friend if you can borrow a bottle.
I'm seeing BF4 Premium Edition for 50% off right now - $29.99. Think I might bite, but after playing BF3 and having premium...only the vanilla maps are populated. It makes you stop and think, why the hell would I buy premium?
TF meets WoW meets Diablo3 meets Skylanders meets XMen with guns?
I'm a fan of (past) Blizzard games, but I really hope this tanks. Their design team and management need a refresh. The days of amazing Blizzard titles are a thing of the past.
Thanks Dangman for all the recommendations. I originally had the mATX on the list but thought the extra price was for the small form factor...doh. It's back on the list!
I'll keep my eye out for the 4690K. I'm going to hold off on the HSF right now as I don't plan on helping him OC at first...
