WTF is going on MW2 looked much much better. I just waited in line for 30 minutes @ 12:01am to purchase the PS3 Version and pre-ordered the PC version through steam.......so far my 10Y/O and me think it stinks!

Why do you care if I let my kid pay? I bet he will out shoot you with a real 45 and show you the proper way to handle a firearm.

As for the game the graphics are horrible. I've seen better graphics on games released 5 years ago.

It's based upon an enhanced WaW engine, which in term is an enhanced CoD 4 engine, which is an enhanced CoD 2 engine, which is an enhanced id Tech 3 engine.

Not surprising the graphics are a step back, but I'd like to see some screenshots to compare.

Does the PC version have any enhancements over the XBox 360/PS3 versions at all?
 
I expected a better review as well. But then again, WaW I think only got an 8.75 or something like that.

Nothing wrong with having an opinion. Too bad he hates the game though. $120 can get you quite a few bricks of Winchester White Box .45 FMJ cartridges over at Walmart. :)

Agreed. I would rather this than him become a whiney annoying kid that plays CoD all day and spams the mic with his annoying ADD child voice as is usually the case.
 
Well so far COD:BO nuked my entire F***ing steam folder and all my installed games.

Wow, awesome. Glad I fucking bought this piece of shit with no triple monitor support.

I quit after 30 seconds, until they have a widescreen fix it can eat a dick.
 
id be happy with it being mw2+dedicated servers. even if they arent super epic servers of freedom and liberty. just being able to pick a server with the map i feel like playing is enough for me. also the hackers.

Funny, I doubt you cared that Starcraft II didn't have it.:rolleyes:

Seriously, if whether an otherwise good game doesn't support a very niche audience makes or breaks it for you, you seriously need to look at your priorities.

I know I would if I dropped the cash on a multi-monitor setup. Then again he could've waited until someone gave him the bad news.

At least now he can warn other wide res gamers that it doesn't support eyefinity/surround.

Any parent that lets their Kid handle a 45 in the first place is a bad parent in my book. But that's a different discussion topic alltogether.
 
So basically your just complaining about graphics? No other problems? On a console of all things?
