You know that hot chick on Facebook asking you for nude pictures? Well, I’ve got bad news for you...it's a dude and he's going to blackmail you for sex. Welcome to the age of the internet.

An 18-year-old high school student is accused of posing as a girl on Facebook, tricking at least 31 male classmates into sending him naked photos of themselves and then blackmailing some for sex acts.

Facebook? Wow, that's a pretty damn clever area to target people. Afterall, the scam's pretty obvious "I got your pictures, now give me $X and I won't release these to your friends/wife/girlfriend/etc"
 
dude those guys are fags. It would take a lot more than some nudy pics to get me in on some dude on dude action, he would at least have to throw in a buck or two.

He deserves at MOST a few months of community prison & to be expelled from school (which, if he's 18, means he'll probably have a tough time getting into college as they certainly won't ignore that fact) or some time in juvenile centers... not PRISON!!!!

This isn't sexual abuse as they put it, this is some douchebag kid playing pranks on his friends/classmates which got out of hand... I mean shit, haven't we all at one time or another played a joke by misrepresenting ourselves to be somebody we're not through instant messaging etc?

I myself have played jokes on friends before, mind you nothing involving nudity... but clearly he wasn't praying on young children.. they were his classmates...

lol I just re-read that, these idiots actually performed sex acts on other men... Now it's lol-tastic but still not 300 years in prison worthy... I mean if these kids are gullible enough to actually follow through with playing the skin flute for some girl...

The moment he involves sexual acts, it becomes bona fide blackmail. Prison is justified. If it were just pictures, I could justify the practical joke defense. But this isn't it.

Ya I agree, I posted before you replied actually saying I re-read that and missed that he manipulated them into performing sex acts on other men... I agree with you prison time is justified, but its pretty funny. I don't care how hot you are, if you won't be with me unless I suck some guy off, I think I'm going to have to pass lol

It makes me wonder if you like these kind of "pranks" as you so call them... I didn't know that is what people call meat-on-meat action these days.
 
I don't understand why in the first place these guys will send nude pic. Second of all, why would they perform sex act. I would have just kick the crap out of the guy.

It is a funny story.

Did you bother to read what he was accused of? And 300 years is maximum penalty if convicted on all accounts.

Actually the problem when I actually read the story instead of getting the cliff's notes from Steve was this: They already had fallen trap into sending pictures of themselves to the person posing as a girl so he had used these pictures/movies to con them into doing more acts because they were scared of them being publicized. That's pretty fucking shitty if you look at it. It would be loltastic if it was adults but they were underage.
 
Looks like they shortened up the article and took the details out. Wonder if someone complained. Anyone have a link to the original full version, this one makes it sound not as bad.
 
no way this should have worked out. the first kid should have blown the whistle straight away or at least beat him into confessing that he was "emily" and then taken his computer and whatnot.

did you mean to quote me on this? why couldnt an 16, 17, or 18yr old kid have done what I described? In fact the kids would be more likely to perform the beatings to get what they wanted.

If this is troll bate than wow you got guts. Forced Sex with your class mates is not exactly normal or OK. If he was succeeding with my friends it would be very hard to restrain the desire to emulate Marve in Sin City. No need though, he is going away for a long long time. If this is on the line he will be the new face of the internet boogyman. Though sadly true in this case it seems. They will make a lesson to be remembered for years. The new Germany, they have a very very dim view of any kind of evil like this. You can't even have blood in video games.
