I get the following error every minute:

0000000779: 2010-04-02 08:33:10:953 Exception <Killing CCC0 Process>: Process with an Id of 492 is not running.
Exception Called by: ATI.ACE.MOM.Implementation.CCC0StateMachine::KillMe processID:01612 threadID:(MOM_STM_DelegateThread) domainName:(MOM.exe ) assemblyName:(MOM.Implementation, Version=2.0.3713.40523, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e)
************************************************************************************************************************

I had this with an older driver and the very latest. I'm running XP Pro with all the latest updates.

Once I kill MOM.EXE it stops. Which leads to two questions:
- do I need MOM.EXE - how do I get rid of it?
- How else could I get rid of above error?
