7950 GX2 or 9500 GT?

Well...I just got this 9500 GT for free, but I don't know if I should use it instead of my currently installed 7950 GX2...What's better? What would be the difference? How will this 9500 GT help me if I installed it?

9500 GT Details : 550M 1GB DDR2

I only play games and watch movies, listen to songs that's all...

Well you have to keep in mind that at that point 7950GX2 had good drivers and G80-drivers were still a "child". Driver support for 7950GX2 isn't that good these days and G80-8800GTS should be much faster.

..but 7950GX2 should be much faster than 9500GT even when 9500GT has good driver support and 7950GX2 not.
 
7950 GX 2 also has 1GB RAM which is essential for high resolution gaming purposes..

I say, stick with the 7950 GX 2..
