Wow on the price - that 600W is EU only right? It specifies 230V input, unlike the other two models that show 115/230.

specs are blank for the 115v so this may only be a 230v unit.

It (the 600w unit) has active PFC, it will support anything between 110 and 240v.

Be warned that these are extremely cheaply built units and the components used are bottom of the barrel. Just because it carries the Zalman name doesn't make it good.
