that motherboard is available open box on newegg for $110 shipped. For $135 shipped I cold sell you a CVF. It's a RMA replacement board but still full retail with all accessories and over 2 years warranty. For $235 shipped I can include a antec tpq 850 psu that has about six months warranty left. I'd have to check reciept. I have other PSU's available but they are all 1200w ones so would want a bit more than $100 for one.
