I installed it fine on its own PC. I can access it from anywhere. I can Remote Access the Dashboard. I can log in as Admin from any of my network PCs. I can even back up my PCs from within Win 7.

What I can't do it access/install the connector from any of my PCs. All PCs are Win 7 Pro 32bit or 64bit.

All I get is a 404 error. I've tried many of the "fixes" I found to no avail. I'm about to loose my mind!

Tried the following;

http://servername.com:55000/
http://servername:55000/connect
http://servername.com:65510/
http://servername:65510/connect

192.168.1.xx/connect
192.168.1.xx:55000/
192.168.1.xx:55000/connect
192.168.1.xx:65510/
192.168.1.xx:65510/connect

Searched within the WHS c:
Searched the DVD ans CDs

Rebooting the server
Reboot the clients
Reboot the network
Throw things
Breaking things
Yelling at total strangers (didn't help)

WHS 2011 came with 3 disks but I can't find the connector software.

can you see the WHS under the network devices? If you can, double click that to go to the device web page.

I love you, man! That worked!

Now I have a new problem. My Domain Name is not working. I've tried clicking on the Repair button, clicking on Setup Router, and rebooting the server and the router.

Have I mentioned I'm new to this?

Are you using the Windows server as your DNS host?

Sweet that worked.

You may need to manually forward ports to make the webpage work or turn on UPNP. I don't use it anymore because remote desktop isn't really that secure. You can just use Skydrive now for these functions and use something like teamviewer for remote outside your network. Use remote desktop on you home network only.
