Which is the best bin? which would get the best clocks at the lowest temps/power?

This is about 8370 FX-8370 - non E version

That website has good information about overclocking in general what I know that from that site that E versions do better on air and others on water.
Think the stilt did an article on the extremesystems AMD forums there describing what is possible on all of these.

FX 9590 is a 220watt chip while the other 2 are 125 watt.I think the 9590 clocks in at 4.7ghz and can go 5.0ghz water cooling is probably what you need for it.Don't know any thing about the 8370e
8370 stock clock is 4ghz and turbo's to 4.3ghz

I prefer E models because I'm mostly working on my computer and not gaming. So lower power consumption makes more sense to me.

+1, 8370e clock at 95 watts is nice.
