Website Design Critique's

Hey, im just looking for well made corporate websites, mostly made with flash. I'm trying to get ideas as well as see how far behind ive fallen. Looking for sites that have content - not just pictures. Also, what sites do you usually goto that have a "site of the day" type thing, i personally like graphic-design.com and commarts.com.
