Well @ NE the processor is $111 and the MB is $46, so all in all I'd say this is fine deal. Almost tempted to buy one myself, but then realized I have no *need* for it (only want since it's a deal) so I'll leave my poor debit card alone. Anyway for someone that has a nice AGP video card they aren't ready to give up yet, but with a slower CPU and such, this might be a nice stop gap upgrade.
