The below gear...is pretty much exactly 1 year old.
Have run VMWare ESXi, Untangle, Astaro, and PFSense on it...rock solid!
The ONLY issue with it, the fan on the power supply stopped working..so at times it would get hot..and the thermal alert buzzer would go off. My lazy solution was to slide the top cover back about 1/2 inch to let airflow in and out. One could certain replace that PS supply fan, or mount a 1u chassis fan somewhere on the case. Thus, selling "as is".

Equiv of all new parts total is about 387 bucks when I purchased...they are more now for some parts....plus tax 'n shipping.
I'm offering for $285.00 plus shipping in the conti US.
I will not part it out...it goes as 1 unit.
I am not online every single day...recovering from back surgery, so if you're anxious and waiting to hear back from a PM...please have some patience...I'll try to check every day.

I have a pair of 1 gig sticks of RAM in it. Equiv from Crucial is $29.00

I got most of it from Newegg..prices are from last year

nice system, I have a similar one
why are you selling?

Selling because..well...I just don't have the need to run server/distros at home anymore. A few years ago home grade routers were bottlenecks...but with some of the more potent...very fast routers you can get these days (picked up a Cisco e3000)..several hundred megs of throughput and concurrent session table at something like 40,000...I'm just done, this box is just turned off and collecting dust.

Working in IT..a few years ago it was fun to "geek out" my home setup and have some fancy schmancy high end setups....I used to have a home network setup that would rival or exceed that you usually see in business setups. But I've lost that desire...getting old and practical.

Plus I have a few items I want to get and install on the Harley this winter.

I'll drop to 2 hundge + shipping w/in conti US.
