strange RAM request

Yes I know this is going to sound strange.
That's because it is strange.
Does anyone have any info on 75mhz RAM? Can be SIMM or DIMM, DDR if it even exists, I just need information on it and places that would sell it.

edit: 256mb are needed...not sure if it has to all be on one stick.

75MHz RAM? Why not just use PC-100? It's backwards compatible.... Kind of like how I have PC3500 RAM running at 180MHz FSB (about PC2900)
