Fairly basic scenario:
I grabbed another 2gb of ram, to upgrade to 4gb total.
Mymotherboard / chipset was using 1.5gb for its internal devices so I only had 2.4 gb visible in windows, I thought I would enable memory remapping to have access to all 4 GB
However that caused windows server 2003 standard to bluescreen, with and without PAE enabled.
I then grabbed winXP 64bit off of MSDN and tried installing that, however that also bluescreens. Shouldn't a 64 bit os work with 4 gb ram and memory remapping?

The exact error is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP 0x0000000A 0xFFFFF7000007FFF8
0x0000000000000002
0x0000000000000000
0xFFFFF80001049D89

I even get the error in safe mode. Its a fresh XP x64 install with SP2 and nvidia drivers, nothing else installed.

I got the same STOP bluescreen (has text set to the left) when I threw a gig of Ballistix in my rig on Windows XP SP2 32bit.
