Hi I am going to have build a new system I got all the parts. But I want a pretty slient pc. Also I will not be over clocking.

Is the Stock cooler for the Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe 2 loud?

And also if I were to get a better cooler what do you recommend for something that would fit the Intel BOXDG965WHMKR? Most of these cooler seem really big! I would like a small one that is pretty silent but will also do a pretty good job at cooling.

Here is my new system specs what do you all think? Total price is around $1,100

The stock HSF is only noisy at full RPM. When I had mine installed, it only hit 2200 RPM when I would run a CPU stress test like Orthos Beta. At idle or when gaming, the fan never went beyond 1000 RPM. It cools pretty good at stock clocks, but not so good when overclocking.
