Selling iPad and iPhone - good idea?

I have a high end PC desktop that I built myself.

I plan to sell my apple products - iPhone and iPad. I will get a Samsung Galaxy III. Is this a good idea or bad idea? I only use my iPad for general browsing, and reading...iPhone 4s also feels outdated.

Either the value it gives you is greater than the value you'd get from having the money instead or it isn't. We can't decide for you based on the description of what you use it for.

Not sure what having a high end desktop has to do with keeping an iPad or iPhone, but if you don't want the devices any more then there is no point in keeping them. Sell them.
