There have been two posts about this but in a bad location of the forum (one I found in Cars and the other in the subscriber only GenMay). I decided to repost here since it has 100% relevance to FS/FT... especially here in the trolls section. I am sure most of you already know about this (>1 million views).

Baically some punk 19 year is selling a new set of gears for $100
buyer sends a cheque for the price stated $100
the seller receives the cheque, CASHES IT, and changes the price to $125 by editing his ORIGINAL POST, and starts complaining about the extra $25
then it is found out the gears are used.. not new as advertised orginally

.... needless to say it went to hell and back... the rest of the board members and some admins made an ass of the idiot.

I have been reading since 0130EST..... on page 34/73 ....

thankfully my flight to Victoria,BC does not leave until 1530EST.... ROFLMAO (it is a long haul so I'll be sleeping on the plane anyways).

Thanks OP. I like reading stuff like this. In a weird way, it makes me feel a little safer, even though the situation involved a troll, because of how the community responded in such a helpful way.
