RTX bonus games : can they be given away/sold?

I'm looking at buying an RTX 2070, it comes with Anthem or BF. Can I gift it to my son who doesn't use a RTX? Or can these be sold?

The last round of games required that the type of card bundled with them was in the system that was redeeming the game(s).
You can sell the games, but only to persons that have that series of card installed in their PC.

If you are giving it to your son, then you could log in to Geforce Experience and Origin with his credentials on your PC to redeem the game for him.
