P8P67 Evo BSOD question

hello hello,

Been a while since I have been here at this great site. (been busy)

MB is P8P67 Evo B3
2600K
overclocked to 4500 +060 Offset
load Line cal is set to regular

Having a problem every so often

When basically doing nothing (surfing maybee) I get a BSOD error 124
rarely happens but it does happen every now and then

Also once in a while I still get the double boot thing (and it seems thats when she crashes ) (but not always)

Bios version is 1305

temps are 33-35 idle and 65 under prime.

Any ideas what I can do?
