Need best <100mm high CPU heatsink

I am moving a system from a CoolerMaster Sniper with a Corsair H50 water cooler to a Thermaltake DH 202 for a HTPC setup and need a new heat sink that is no taller than 100mm (3.9").
Heavy overclock so performance I don't mind paying for.
Any great ideas from the best hardware tech forum in the world?

It might be a little ghetto but you can get this and then mount the fan UNDERNEATH the heatsink using something like this, or just some tape.

Thanks for the suggestions..I think I'm going to try the Thermaltake ISGC-400 CLP0540 first.
I also considered the Prolimatech Samuel 17 with a Thermaltake ISGC Fan 12 AF0018 on it but I don't think it will do the job this time.
