OK, I'm going to upgrade my system with a new processor, motherboard, and videocard. I already have an A64 3200+ (that I'm going to OC) and an Asus NF4 board.
I can get an ATi X800XL for $179.99 + tax and shipping but I'm feeling that I would have to upgrade not too far down the road because the card doesn't seem as 'high end' as I'd like it to be. Are there faster cards out there that can be had for about $300? Should I just bite it and get this card now and upgrade to something sweeter down the road (like a year)? I oc'd my old 9800Pro so I'll probably do the same to the X800XL. Maybe if someone could tell me how well these respond to oc'ing then I'll feel better about getting the XL.
